Congressional Cannabis Caucus
The Federal Fight For States’ Rights
New website with blog, events calendar and cannabis resources.
The Congressional Cannabis Caucus is a bipartisan registered Congressional Member Organization in the United States Congress, which was formed during the 115th United States Congress in 2017. The caucus was founded by Republicans Dana Rohrabacher and Don Young and Democrats Earl Blumenauer and Jared Polis.
With so much work to be done on the Federal Legislative front, The Congressional Cannabis Caucus has decided on these primary founding missions. All of which seek to harmonize federal laws with states rights while protecting and expanding access through proper education where state laws permit.
